Description

Produced by Andres Guaca at Finca Guacanas. Cherries for this microlot are picked following a strict ripeness criteria as any imperfections will become evident after processing. Later the cherries are transported to Garzon, Huila where they are exposed to a 60 hours Carbonic Maceration and then they are placed on parabolic dryers to 10.5% moisture content.

Andres has been very open to experiment with his processes and trial new varieties of coffee. He hopes that these new innovations will lead to better premiums for his coffees.
