Peru – CoE #2- Edward Goicochea – Caturra Washed

24,86

Edward Goicochea inherited the farm from his parents, 1750 meters above sea level in the Cajamarca region of Peru. Their family, generation after generation, cultivated coffee and Edward proceeded to the best possible quality, that of specialty. He cultivated the Cattura and Cattuai varieties until he reached the victory of the second place of the Cup of Excellence in Peru and in that exquisite batch that we brought to Athens.

Fruity, velvety and soft, with aromas of strawberry, cherry, chocolate and pineapple, but found with the vitality of lemon and citrus. Sophisticated, it easily leaves your memory, it asks for time to discover it and enjoy it.
